Florida medical marijuana clinic patients also can check the status of their medical marijuana card online at The Office of Medical Marijuana Use also known as the MMU Registry.  Patients can contact The Office of Medical Marijuana Use via phone call at 800-808-9580 or by email at medicalmarijuanause@flhealth.gov.  Florida medical marijuana treatment patients will need to provide The Office of Medical Marijuana Use with their full legal name, patient ID number, date of birth, and social security number when calling over the phone.
